Public Records

Voter registration information is public record in Florida, with a few exceptions. Information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers cannot be released or disclosed to the public. Other information such as name, address, date of birth, party affiliation, and when the voter voted is public information.

Submit a Public Records Request
Public records request can be submitted through our Public Records Platform, VolusiaCountyElectionsFL.NextRequest.com.
Requests made online will allow the requestor to create a NextRequest account that allows them to access the status of their request at any time and communicate with the Supervisor of Elections Office.
